OQE Labs customer records.
Spaghetti Inspector is sold as downloadable software with verified installer delivery.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. OQE Labs stores customer email, Stripe customer/session identifiers, receipt number, product/version purchased, payment status, entitlement status, amount, currency, update-consent status, and token-use metadata for purchase support and download recovery.
Download access
Post-purchase download and receipt links use OQE Labs access tokens. Only token hashes are stored in the customer database. Access tokens are time-limited and can be revoked if a purchase is refunded, disputed, or otherwise no longer entitled.
Tester access
Tester tickets are stored separately from paid orders. OQE Labs stores the tester label, optional email, assigned version, expiration, download allowance, use count, and revocation status. Only the ticket-token hash is retained.
Customer feedback
Feedback submissions store the report text, feature area, application version, source, optional tester reference, and optional follow-up email and consent. Save files, generated maps, and local file paths are not uploaded by the feedback form. Do not paste private information into the optional diagnostic summary.
Refund posture
Software purchases are generally final once installer access has been delivered. Refunds are reviewed manually and may be considered when there is adequate rationale, such as duplicate purchase, failed delivery, or a material support issue that cannot be reasonably resolved.
Retention
Purchase records are retained for support, receipt recovery, update eligibility, accounting, and abuse prevention. Customers may contact support to request review, correction, or deletion where legally and operationally appropriate.
